Why do I need to give my email?
We send the eSIM to your email — that's how you get it. Brands also use it to send you the offer you signed up for. We never sell your email. Brands only get it when you explicitly sign up for their list.
How long does my data last?
Depends on what you earn. Most plans are 3, 7, 15, or 30 days. You see the duration before claiming. After it expires, earn more by doing more tasks.
Can I use helio data for calls and SMS?
Data only — no voice or SMS. Use WhatsApp, FaceTime, iMessage, Signal, Telegram, etc. Most modern apps work great on data.
Is helio a carrier?
No. We're a data reseller. We provision eSIMs through Tier-1 wholesale partners (the same networks your phone would normally use abroad). You install the eSIM and connect to a real local network.
How do you keep my data safe?
Encrypted at rest, encrypted in transit, GDPR-compliant. We don't sell your data — full stop. Brands only get your email if you explicitly sign up for their list. You can delete your account any time.
